We offer two types of AKC registration for our puppies. Please review the details carefully:

• Limited AKC Registration (Pet-Only):

  • Puppies sold with Limited AKC Registration are intended for pet homes only.
  • This type of registration allows the puppy to be registered with the AKC but prohibits the registration of any future offspring.
  • Puppies with Limited AKC Registration are offered at a reduced price to ensure they go to loving, non-breeding homes.

• Full AKC Registration (With Breeding Rights):

  • Puppies sold with Full AKC Registration include breeding rights.
  • Owners can register any future offspring with the AKC, provided all AKC guidelines are followed.
  • Puppies with Full AKC Registration are priced higher due to the inclusion of breeding rights.

When purchasing a puppy, please indicate whether you prefer Limited or Full AKC Registration at the time of reservation.

• Pick-Up Date:

  • The "Available to Go Home" date posted on the website is the earliest date your puppy can leave for their new home.
  • All pick-ups must be scheduled within 7 days prior to this date to ensure a smooth transition for the puppy.

• Remaining Balance Due:

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
  • If remaining balance is being paid in cash, the balance is due at pick-up.
  • Payments can be made via Zelle, Cash App, Cash, or Credit Card.

• Pick-Up Window:

  • Puppies must be picked up within 3 days of the "Available to Go Home" date unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
  • Failure to pick up within this timeframe without prior communication may result in forfeiture of the reservation and deposit.

• Scheduling:

  • Pick-up appointments must be arranged and confirmed in advance. Please contact us to select a convenient time.

We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our puppies. The following outlines our health guarantee:

• Vaccinations and Veterinary Care:

  • Puppies will receive all required vaccinations up to 8 weeks of age.
  • Each puppy will have a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian before pick-up.
  • At the time of pick-up, buyers will receive a copy of the puppy’s vaccination records, along with a schedule of future vaccinations recommended for the remainder of the year.

• Buyer’s Responsibility:

  • Buyers are required to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up.

• Health Guarantee:

  • We guarantee that the puppy is free from serious infectious diseases at the time of purchase.
  • If a veterinarian discovers a severe health issue within 72 hours of pick-up, buyers may return the puppy for a replacement or a full refund. A written statement from the examining veterinarian is required.
  • No additional health guarantees or warranties are provided beyond this 72-hour period.

• Transportation Policy:

  • We do not ship or provide transportation for puppies. Buyers must arrange to physically pick up their puppy from our location.

We believe that proper socialization and training are essential for your puppy’s happiness and success in your home. By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following:

• Commitment to Socialization:

  • Introduce your puppy to a variety of people, environments, and experiences during the critical socialization period (8–16 weeks).

• Training Responsibility:

  • Provide consistent training to establish good behavior and positive habits. This includes housebreaking, leash training, and basic commands.

• Lifetime Commitment:

  • As the buyer, you agree to provide a loving and stable home for the puppy throughout its lifetime.

• Updates Upon Request:

  • We are happy to provide photo and video updates once per week while the puppy is still in our care. Updates are typically sent on weekends.

As the breeder, we reserve the following rights to ensure the best outcomes for our puppies:

• Right to Refuse Sale:

  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy at any time if we feel the prospective home is unsuitable for the puppy. In such cases, any deposit or payment will be refunded in full.

• Right to Reclaim:

  • If at any time we learn the puppy is being neglected, or abused, we reserve the right to reclaim the puppy.

• Final Decision Authority:

  • All decisions regarding the placement of puppies are at the sole discretion of the breeder to ensure the best interest of the animal.
