AKC Registration Policy

We offer two types of AKC registration for our puppies. Please review the details carefully:

  1. Limited AKC Registration (Pet-Only):

    • Puppies sold with Limited AKC Registration are intended for pet homes only.

    • This type of registration allows the puppy to be registered with the AKC but prohibits the registration of any future offspring.

    • Puppies with Limited AKC Registration are offered at a reduced price to ensure they go to loving, non-breeding homes.

  2. Full AKC Registration (With Breeding Rights):

    • Puppies sold with Full AKC Registration include breeding rights.

    • Owners can register any future offspring with the AKC, provided all AKC guidelines are followed.

    • Puppies with Full AKC Registration are priced higher due to the inclusion of breeding rights.

When purchasing a puppy, please indicate whether you prefer Limited or Full AKC Registration at the time of reservation.

Reservation Deposit Requirement

To secure your chosen puppy, a 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required. This ensures that the puppy is reserved exclusively for you and no longer available to other buyers.

Deposit Details:

  • Amount: 20% of the total puppy price. For example, a puppy priced at $2,500 requires a $500 deposit.

  • Payment Due: The deposit is due at the time of reservation.

  • Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases where the breeder determines the puppy is no longer available (e.g., due to health concerns).

Applying the Deposit:

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date or same day if paying Cash, Zelle, or Cash App.

Important Notes:

  • Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • If the buyer fails to complete the purchase or arrange pick-up within the specified timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the puppy may be re-listed for sale.
